Costa Coffee Shops (2006)

A proposed floor plan for an existing Costa store. The deli area for food and product browsing can be seen, as well as the proposed long table for each store.

Different customer flows are mapped out; from 'sandwich, coffee and go' customers to 'sandwich, browse, coffee and stay' customers. This layout came after extensive onsite research in Costa and other stores, looking at customer flows and bottlenecks, service touch points and opportunities for new revenue streams.
